"From start to finish I was given fantastic customer service and installation was done in a timely, professional manner. I had 7 windows replaced, 2 were difficult and not in an ideal location. Out of all the quotes I received Nate Meyer took the time to understand the unique dormer situation on my home, and got onto a ladder to check things out. No one else had done that. He knew exactly what the job entailed so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive. On top of all this, Nate was very timely with all communications and he responded to questions within 24 hours. I had a concern with one of the windows after installation and Nate was at my house within a couple days to make sure all was good. I would highly recommend!"

"Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!"

"I had dry rotting underneath the sliding glass doors and the wall next to the door. Frank was able to replace all the rotting wood and floor boards in a prompt and timely manner. He did an exceptional ob! We are very pleased and will definitely use Tri-State for future projects."

"From first contact to the completion of the project John and his assistant were very professional. I am a little under an hour away from Leesburg, Ohio. On a Sunday he came and wrote out an on the spot estimate. Monday he came and picked up the check for materials. Tuesday he and his assistant came to shore up the existing deck, replace railings, and install a step. John was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all of my questions. It is worth mentioning he was unable to get all of the materials he needed here at the Xenia Lowes. Instead of rescheduling, he drove half an hr to Wilmington, Ohio and back to get what was needed. I highly recommend Fox Renovations for your next project."
