"Jason and his team did a top-notch job on their project for us. The exterior of our house needed to be repainted. Jason was quick to give us a quote when we requested it. He was in communication with us on the timing of when the project would begin (there were several rain delays). Once the project started they were dedicated to our project and were very professional. They did a great job prepping, pressure washing, scraping off old peeling paint, caulking around windows, and even fixing a few spots where some of the wood had rotted. We were very happy with how everything turned out! I would highly recommend Jason and his team!"

We own an old house so finding the wood to match was difficult but he went to several stores and found an acceptable part and stained it to match almost perfectly. "BM Custodio Painting and Construction did a fantastic job painting our 5000+ sq ft home from top to bottom!! We did our due diligence and met with several contractors on the same day to obtain quotes for our large painting project. First impressions were that Luis' company would be our top pick given he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with during our initial meeting.  Before deciding, we gathered all our quotes- BM Custodio sent their estimate back first- and we were pleasantly surprised that his price came in less than the other quotes we received. We contracted them to perform numerous drywall repairs and paint all 3 floors of our home to include ceilings, trim, walls, coffered ceilings, and doors in their entirety!! This was a big undertaking and they did a super job!! "May 15, 2020 Highly recommend! A great price for excellent work painting all wood trim, doors, gutters, downspouts, and shutters. A reputable, insured / bonded, A+ BBB, dependable, and professional with the right equipment (multiple ladders, tarps, PPE, and even a profession spray job for garage doors). Called and received a DETAILED quote within 1 business day. Painters were experienced (10+ years), not temp workers. Kind, courteous, and took the extra steps and "went the extra mile" to "delight" us as a customer. No wonder they are busy as a lot of their success is due to referrals from satisfied customers. Unbelievable; and would select in a heart beat. What they did; 1. Pressure washed first. 2. Thorough prep (scrap, sand, wood fill, sand, caulk, then caulk, then let it dry. 3. Set up ladders and laid down tarps 4. Meticulous painting to make the finish to "look as good as new". 5. Complete clean up. Big job, but they knocked it out in 3 consecutive days.
