"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

"Wanted a recurring cleaning of my house, done every four weeks. First step was to get a Deep Clean of the house. Agreed to have it done and the team that did it was excellent. Efficient use of time and was truly a deep clean. Based upon watching the deep clean happen, efficient and professional, i decided to go with Hall-Mark for my recurring cleaning. "Chase was scheduled to do my pressure washing job on Friday. He called me Friday morning and said that he was on his way. and arrived on time and went straight to work. Since this was the first time he had worked for me, I stopped by occasionally to see how things looked and was very pleased. It took him approximately 4 1/2 hours to complete the project. In addition to power washing the house and gutters he cleaned two sections of white vinyl privacy fences and cleaned the vinyl siding of the garage and the gutters. To my knowledge he didn't stop to take a break during the time he was here. He did a terrific job, and he was very pleasant and wanted to know if I was satisfied with his work. The answer is YES"
