He worked alone and finished it all in the one day, except for 2 plants that were not available. They were put in soon after, except that one of them didn't look like the one in the proposal (all the rest did). I can't speak to the cost because this company was the only one in the area that had the qualities I was looking for. The bottom line is that the quality of product and work was excellent but I felt a bit secondary in his priorities."
