"North Creek Roofing, “A Name You Can Trust.” That sums up our past 11-years’ experience as North Creek Roofing customers. We would highly recommend North Creek Roofing for roof repair and roofing projects. Dan McNeely, the owner, has integrity and treats his customers very respectfully and ethically, as did all the NCR employees during our recent roof replacement. NCR has installed two roofs on our house. The first roof installation was in January 2010, replacing the existing roof with a composition roof with a 30-year warranty. Sadly, that roof developed some leaking issues late in December 2020. We called NCR and a repair team was quickly sent to our home the same day. The roof leak was repaired, but the repair team also took some pictures of our roof back to the office. We were quickly contacted by John, the Production Manager. It seemed our particular composition shingles could possibly have some manufacturing defects. We were sent a warranty claim form to fill out, for a complete roof replacement. Some of our shingles were also removed for testing. We were soon involved in a warranty claim against the company which manufactured the shingles on our roof. NCR followed our warranty claim from start to finish. This relieved us of the stress of filing a warranty claim against the manufacturer ourselves. In the end, we were presented with a fair warranty claim settlement. The NCR roofing crew did a fantastic job installing a new roof last month. The project went smoothly from start to finish .The old roof was completely replaced, including the plywood sheeting and venting system. The roofing crew worked as an efficient team to quickly remove and replace the roof. They were very polite, professional, and thoroughly cleaned up around the work-site each day. The new roof looks fantastic. We have every confidence that this roof will dependably protect our home from rain, snow, ice, and wind for many years to come."

"Very good explanation of roofing types, why the product they install is certified, how to care for the roof once it is installed, how the roof is designed to stay the same temp as the outdoors, preventing sweating or condensation, etc. I was able to make a clear decision on which product to have installed and the work was done very well. All clean up from former roof was done perfectly. New roof and gutters look fabulous. it increased the value of our home substantially and will last 50 yrs if we care for it properly."

"Fantastic service even for small jobs. Our water heater started leaking during a trip and when we got home we had it removed from the house and reinstalled in the garage. Part of that installation required a roofing company to appropriately exhaust the water heater through the garage roof. Elite roofing made our small job a priority and did a fantastic job with the install. It was a pleasure working with Travis and Courtney to get everything signed and scheduled. John (the installer) was here late making sure the install was done right. "Mr. Ramos and his crew did a great job replacing our rambler's roof. From the initial estimate to the final stage, he was communicative, punctuate and the result was beautiful. The quote was extremely reasonable as well, and he was there personally for the whole installation to ensure everything gets done right. Our front patio is prone to cracks and he also made arrangements with the delivery company to make sure no risk or damage is done. He also pointed out we need to install additional ventilation to ensure roof life and we trust that he will do a great job on this as well."

"Performance Roofing replaced our leaking roof (complete tearoom) and added two Solatubes and a skylight and vent in the kitchen. The work was absolutely top notch - as was the clean up. Working with Mike and his crew was a pleasure - and I don't say that lightly - he offered thoughtful advice on materials and how to best place the Solatubes. He also knew when to ask our opinions and listened carefully. The crew was a team of professionals and it showed in every aspect of the work. It was done on time, it was done right, and it was done to the price we were quoted. Mike communicated well, clear bid, good explanation of the material choices, then when the project started lots of photos showing us details and problems and explaining options and solutions. About a year after the project was completed we had a torrential rain with high winds driving the rain sideways and the rain was so heavy that the water coming down the valleys of the roof overshot the gutters - it was like nothing I've seen here before or since. In the middle of the storm we noticed water dripping from the kitchen vent fan, a bit of investigation showed that he leaking was coming down the vent pipe - through, not around the fan. I called Mike for advice and the next morning (Sunday, I think) he showed up with a plan and materials. He reworked the vent cap for the fan (with matching flashing) to prevent rain from blowing up into the vent (we have a very shallow slope on the roof). When I told Mike that so much rain was coming down that it was overshooting the gutters, he said "that's not right" and proceeded to make diverters to stop the rushing water in the valleys so that it would drop into the gutters. This fall I was up cleaning the skylight and noticed some damage along the ridge line of the roof - I texted Mike to ask about how I should go about fixing it and he said he wanted to see what had happened and that he would come by the next day to repair it. He did - and while he was there he cleaned out our gutters. The after sale service is exceptional - and pleasant. Mike takes great pride in the work that he and his crews do and it shows in the way he supports his product. I am delighted to recommend him."

"As you can imagine, this time of year these men are extremely busy, and we had to wait roughly 3 weeks from the time of bid to completion of job, but this NOT a complaint! This was the first time this metal alloy roof was cleaned since it’s installation over 20 years ago. So there was some extra elbow grease required to get the algae off. It looks just like the day it was installed. They did a beautiful job, and not a scrap of material was left behind. Their clean up was immaculate! It was nice to be able to give the work to a local company! I will definitely use these gentlemen in the future!"
