"I had a chimney leak, which exposed problems with the roof in my row home, which necessitated replacement and a lot of additional work, including flashing, etc., that the previous workers had not done (before I owned the home). Mr. Anderson was fully attentive, answered all my questions, and gave me straight answers as well, about costs, and what would need to be done. He and his brother were efficient, and did an amazing job. In addition, the attention to detail must not be understated: adjustments to new gutters he installed, and sealing of an issue with replacement windows (again, something a previous contractor did not do properly) was handled. I cannot say enough good, regarding Mr. Anderson and his people. They solved a serious problem for me, and were professional in every way. I highly recommend them."

"I came to Angi find someone who would be able to coat my mobile home roof. I got multiple messages from a few people, but it was William Braun General Contracting that was willing to help me. After talking to William a couple weeks ago he had given me options a less expensive option to just coat my roof, but I would have to re-coat it in 5 to 7 years. "I researched roof repairers on home advisor on a Tuesday morning as my roof was leaking during a heavy rainfall. Later that morning William from Ark Exteriors called me and arranged to visit the next day at 8am to inspect my roof. He arrived on time to perform the inspection and after inspecting the roof he provided me with a quotation to complete the repairs and was able to schedule the work for 9.30am the next day. He and his team arrived on time on the Thursday morning and completed the repairs in about 4 hours. After the work was completed I went up into the loft area to visually inspect the work and I could see where the previously affected areas (water damaged/warped boards) had been very neatly replaced. The very next day we had more severe thunder storms with even heavier rain so I went up into the loft area again to check for leaks and there were no signs of water penetrating through the roof. William and Ark Exteriors were able to successfully complete my roof repairs within 48 hours of my initial inquiry at a price I thought was reasonable for the work being done. In addition to doing a good job on the roof they were punctual and performed the work quietly and efficiently.
