"We contacted Glenn upon moving into our new house. At our request, Glenn took the time to educate us about the electrical work in our home. He was punctual and responsive to our requests and questions. We realized very quickly that Glenn is very knowledgeable and honest. We had a punch list of electrical work that we wanted to complete (e.g., TV mounting, ceiling fan replacement, and outdoor motion sensor lighting). He called us in advance to talk through each of the jobs and compiled a list of materials that would be required. "Brad and his team were amazing! I highly recommend them. From my first contact with Brad I was impressed. He and his team came out to the property almost immediately to assess the situation. I was in the process of purchasing the property and Brad provided an estimate within a day that so that I was able to use this info during the negotiation with the seller. Replacing knob and tube wiring is an extremely complex and difficult job that requires a very knowledgeable contractor with the right tools and a great deal of respect for the structure and integrity of the home. Brad and his team had all of these qualities and more. This job took almost 3 weeks of continuous work and effort by a team of 3 electricians. Brad and his team did an amazing job surgically rewiring the house with minimal invasion and without damaging the walls or structural integrity of the home. In the areas where the walls were opened, Brad and his team very nicely filled in the holes with onetime wall patching material which I later sanded and painted. Also, at the end of every day, the team made sure that the house was spotlessly clean. Even though we had not yet moved in, we could have lived there while this work was being completed. They kept it that clean which was impressive considering the scope of work the team had undertaken. Throughout the process, Brad and his team were a pleasant, very communicative and would consult with me on any decisions that had to be made. Brad was extremely thoughtful throughout the process and really did an amazing job at our home. As I said I would highly recommend Brad Brown for knob and tube replacement or any other less complex electrical needs."

"My technician Dave is the best. Dave has visited my home on more than one occasion. He is friendly and respectful. Always willing to answer my questions. Explains each job thoroughly. Explains in language I can understand. I called GEN 3 for what I believed to be an electrical problem that resulted in my central air not working. Dave was able to determine the problem, and fixed the problem. In addition, Dave advised me that there was other electrical issues that needed immediate attention. Those issues were also resolved, by installing a new 100 AMP Grounding System. I feel better, feel safer, as a result of Dave’s visit. He is a very valuable GEN 3 employee."

"Electrical in an older home can be complicated. We had several people give outrageous estimates or never show up to do the work. Stapleford electric was prompt in providing an estimate and completed the work with quality. The cost for installing a new outlet and bracing for a large, heavy chandelier was fixed cost and other work was a time and materials rate. Both were reasonable and they knew what they were doing with the old style wiring. We had an additional expense to get plaster repaired separately but that would have been the case no matter who did the electrical work - they referred us to a master plasterer which was great. I have no reservations to recommend or use Stapleford again."

This required a rental trencher and some difficult hand digging. The work was done in one day by Hank and Chris. They are able technicians and they did an excellent job.
