"On the initial phone converstion, Nick quoted me a price of $145 for the replacement of one door and if I needed another door replacement it would be $135.  In addition, if I needed track replacement or door handle there would be additonal cost.
Nick showed up puntual and was VERY professional and considerate  (obviously he's not from Florida or New York).  He told me NOT to do the 2nd door and NOT to replace the track.  WOW, who does that ?
He was deliberate, meticulous, and charged me the $145 that was initially  quoted !

I had several companies come to my home to quote replacing all my sliding glass doors and windows with EGS doors and windows and did not feel comfortable with any of them. I finally called EGS to see if they had any recommendations for installers since I was not comfortable with the sales tactics or pushy sales from the other companies I had met with. They recommended AOA construction. I called Steve Belton in sales and asked if we could see/review some of their installations. Unlike the other companies who needed at least a week to schedule a time to see one of their jobs, we were able to go see a job in progress and a completed job the very next day. WOW, I was impressed with not only the quality of the work I saw, but also the professionalism of the AOA team. Steve then came to our home to review our needs and generate a quote. We then met the owner, Ryan Mills who came to measure the doors and windows to complete the order. Ryan explained timing and the installation process to us in detail. Ryan is a man of his word and I would trust him with the keys to my home. It was such a relief to find a company you can truly trust. Most companies are just looking to make a quick buck, but AOA is truly committed to customer service. From receiving the quote to final installation, the associates at AOA are a joy to work with. I have dealt with so many companies that just give you the “run around”, but AOA followed through on everything they said they would do. What a joy to find that there are still companies who care more about the customer than just making a dollar. I can say without a doubt that AOA is the most professional and caring construction company I have ever used. I have recommended AOA to many others and everyone who chose to use AOA have been impressed with not only the superior quality of work, attention to details, but the caring attitude of everyone involved in the process. "Carl arrived on time, in fact he was a little early.  He even picked up the baseboards at the store for me since I couldn't fit them in my SUV.  He immediately set to work and flew through the jobs that I thought would take all day.  His work is precise.  The baseboards were cut to perfection.  He was very personable and answered all my questions.  He had all the proper tools to complete the job which is a huge plus!  I had the glass repaired on my front door previously and the trim needed to be painted.  He ended up painting the whole door for me.  I can't say enough positive about Carl.  He answers every call that he receives.  I plan to have him back to do some whole house painting and moulding installation.  I was lucky to get him so quickly as he is super busy.

"Honestly I was shocked at how smoothly this project went especially when compared to some of the other contractors we had worked with. Anthony and his team showed up every morning on time, got straight to work and were meticulous with everything they did. Every day I was given daily updates before they left on what was completed and what was coming up. I’m kicking myself for not working with them sooner. Over the years I must’ve reached out to at least a dozen or so professionals on here & Anthony is by far the best. You owe it to yourself to give him an opportunity. Also, if you’re concerned about price they were within $250 of pretty much everyone else - not the cheapest & not the most expensive, but definitely the best!
