I got quotes from 8 different companies and although I did find cheaper pricing I decided to move forward with Mr. Michael because of his fast response, professionalism, communication, punctuality, and quality of work. His pricing was fair and the amount of value he delivered proves I made the right choice. I went with aluminum rails and wood handles. I placed my order March 2nd 2023; Mr. Michael came with an assistant took all the necessary measurements, and by March 14th his team installed everything (Way before the estimated time he had given 3-4 weeks) I had stressed how important I needed the rails before March 17th and he went above and beyond to make it possible. "it went well.  Dan and his assistant arrived on time.  he had to leave and get the supplies he needed after he saw the job that needed to be done.  they both did a good job and was worth the money.  my only comment would be he seemed a little annoyed when he had to go back to Home Depot again for more supplies, which was certainly not my fault, and seemed to not want to paint, which was part of the job I hired them for.  all in all, a good experience and would use them again. <br />"

"The entire process went extremely well. They first sent a supervisor to estimate the extent of the problem and determine what equipment and how much equipment would be necessary. Within the same day, the men with the equipment showed up and took readings to determine any and every area that was affected by the water leaks from the roof, brought in fans and de-humidifiers and carefully set them up. They were very respectful of my property and took great care in setting up their equipment so as not to damage walls or furniture. They set up an incredible amount of equipment, explained what each piece did and addressed every concern I had including any possible liability with leaving the equpiment running while I was not at the house. The gentlemen that installed and subsequently removed the equipment were courteous, polite, well-organized and very efficient."

"They did a very good job for me. The quality of their work was absolutely topnotch. They deal with the kind of work that is very hard to find vendors for. They came to my house and dismantled the kitchen chairs. They took out the cushion back and cushion seats flawlessly without any kind of damage, which was no small feat. There was no obvious way they were put into place, but they seemed to know exactly how to do it. These were vinyl-covered seats, and they were effectively wedged in with hidden pins. They dismantled the seating out of the chair from the frame. They knew there was a plastic runner in between the swivel, which would have not survived the refinishing. It is refinished using the same technique that is used for painting automobiles. They blast an electrostatic powder on the metal - I guess they have to prepare it in advance - and then it is fused to the metal at about 300 degree Fahrenheit. If there is any plastic in there, that would be ruined. It seemed like they had had a lot of experience. They took the seats out of the roller portion. They took the glass top off the table and the little plastic bumpers that make sure the glass does not rest directly on the metal frame. They took the metal frame table out. They powdered it and then went through with us finding exactly the color match we wanted. About 10 days later, they brought the whole thing back and reassembled it. I thought $665 was a very reasonable charge to essentially remake the entire kitchen set. It was half or less than the price of a new set. It was effectively a brand-new set with a new color. It was everything I wanted and really equivalent to new. When they brought it back, they made one small error. One of these seat cushions had one of these hidden pins exposed. It did not slide into the slot precisely that it belonged in or maybe it bounced out after they screwed it in or something like that. They came back three days later when they were in the area and repaired it immediately. The set is beautiful. I cannot compliment them enough for their manner, attentiveness, courteousness, cleanliness with which they worked here and adherence to exactly what they said they would do. I have not dealt with anyone that I have found so little to complain about in any regard. The price was perfectly reasonable. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; I would not even consider looking to anybody else."
