"This is the most unprofessional business we have ever worked with!!!!!!! Our truck was to be delivered on Saturday. We got a call that the truck broke down and then radio silence. Almost 2 days of not knowing if our belongings were damaged or stolen. We called, emailed, texted and finally heard that we may get delivered late Sunday night. Then nada. Finally on Monday we had to call and finally found out it would be delivered. Then more BS! We were told we could use a credit card (just as we paid our deposit) and then we were told that we have to use Zelle or our stuff will NOT be delivered. She had the nerve to say she wanted to charge us for holding up shipment when you they didn?t deliver on Saturday and THREATENED to take our possessions back to Dallas! The customer service rep should be reprimanded. She has no business in this industry. I will be making complaints with DOT, TXDMV, FMCSA, the Better Business Bureau, Google, and Yelp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
