"Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Guy came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with Builderzz. Guy was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he never missed a detail! Although Builderzz was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate! For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Guy and Builderzz Remodeling was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Guy's dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Guy automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Guy was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Guy was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project. With any project there can always be hiccups. Guy and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Guy always tries to make all things right. Again, I emphasize that he did discover we had multiple gas leaks at our house, and spent extra time looking finding the points where gas was coming from, and did not charge us for pointing these things out to us. We appreciated the fact that even though he could not provide us the services we needed, he spent extra time at our home because he was concerned about the health of our 1yr old son. <br />"

"Jaime was great! He suggested that we add cement to both sides of our walkway to accommodate a shed, which was a great idea ! Even adding more cement, his quote was less than other quotes I had received. They had to dig a trench for the sprinkler pipe to go under the cement, replace and repair a fence post, and remove a ton of rocks. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and very clean. I would highly recommend him to anyone. <br />"

"Billy responded to my request for a quote the same day I entered my information in Angi. He came the next day, gave me a reasonable quote and told me what all work his crew would do. I immediately hired him. Although he gave me a date they could do the work, he later called and said they could do it much sooner, if that was OK with us. I cannot say enough good about Billy and his entire crew. They are professional, efficient, friendly, clean up after themselves and are very courteous. They even covered my son's classic truck, which was near the path to get the cement from the truck to our back yard, so nothing would damage it. Any concrete work I will ever need, will be done by Ability Concrete; and I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who wants a perfect job at a very reasonable price. They are winners!!!"

"They estimated 2 days but had it done in one. Three man crew, covered everything in plastic and cleaned up at the end. I found a few oversprays of the texture material but it comes off easy enough. I will definitely use them again for drywall work. hopefully, never have to do another ceiling. <br />"
