Complete tear down of old deck, installation of new footers for stability and level, two sets of stairs rebuilt, Trex installation and a completely new rail system attached to existing logs. Very involved project but Jacob stayed on top of all the work, coordinated materials, provided valuable suggestions and was excellent with communicating the progress. They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement.
