"Chad and his team are very reliable and do a GREAT JOB! They were very meticulous & did a Great Job! They 1st did our deck and a small partial fence area a month or so back. We were so happy we had them come back and replace the fence on the opposite side with cedar fencing looks great we have a older 1915 home and it defined the space and brought out the flowers etc. They picked up after themselves each day and gave us a wonderful and fence & deck to enjoy!! "I hired Maendel Construction to do several projects for me. They rebuilt my deck from the ground up. They installed handrails for m front stairs. They also did several repairs such as reinstalling the gutter, replacing damaged facia board, repairing handrails of the porch and the deck, repairing the front stairs, and replacing porch support posts. As you can see I hired them to do several jobs. They are very reliable, they keep their schedule and complete the job on time. Connor, the owner of the company, comes to the site and looks at it before giving estimates as opposed to estimates based on photos which often require revision after the workers come to the site. Connor is personable, open to suggestions and easy to work with. His workers are very diligent and skilled. I will hire them for my future projects too."

I love the paint they used to finish the job. I have the best looking house in the subdivision. Donnie also fixed my electrical problems, a plumbing problem I had been having, and rehung my entrance way chandelier. These are all problems created by a not so good builder.
