"Individual who came out to get estimate was timely and friendly.  Good communication through e-mail and phone up until day of start.  There was no mention from the company that I had to be present when work began.  When the crew arrived to begin work, the lead called me and wanted details of what he was supposed to do.  It seemed as though he had no idea where to begin which was a surprise to me since I explained everything in detail to the estimator.  All the work was also detailed in the estimate.  I asked the lead to call his boss to ask about the details which seemed to go OK. <br /> Overall, the work was acceptable.  They did not replace some of the siding we agreed upon in the estimate, which was not disclosed to me fully.  I had to ask them.  They stated it was not replaced since the siding was not rotten.  Estimate is the estimate and I am sure that if any additional work was needed they would have charged me more.  Finally, they agreed to take some off the final price.  I guess it did leave negative thoughts from the entire experience that they were not forthcoming. <br /> There were a few minor issues that I should have asked them to fix but didn't.  They did not replace the window trim in the same design as the rest of the house.  Also, I should have inspected their work a little more closely.  To be fair, the company did ask if everything was acceptable and I said yes.  There were a few pieces of siding that were not flush that I had to fix on my own. <br /> The exterior painting and caulking was really good.  No complaints there. <br /> Overall, I am glad the project is over and the previous wood rot is gone.  I could have done a better job myself with more attention to detail, but the wall was too high and required more than one person.  If you do choose this company, I would be present when they initially start the work to explain what should be done.  Also, please inspect the work closely after they are done and ask them to fix. <br />"

David and his wife have gone above and beyond our expectation and we highly recommend them for any project. All work has been done to our satisfaction and all sub contract work has been closely monitored by David. He is also very diligent in acquiring the best price even if it means taking his time to meet with several people for bids. In addition his rates are reasonable and fair. They have been very easy to work with and have been great about working with our time schedule in terms of doing things gradually at our pace. They were also helpful in the planning process bringing expertise of construction and design to help in decision process. "Lou arrived promptly.  He hung the headboard and installed the lamps and attempted to repair the toilet leak.  The toilet apparatus was new but, needed to be have one connection redone because of a small leak.  I think he just tightened the connection and after he left it was still leaking.  I called him and he came the next day and said it was ok but it still leaked.  We called him back a third time and he went to Home Depot to get new toilet insides.  When he returned it was not the correct size and he ended up re installing the one that was there the first time he came and finally it was fixed. <br /> He was always prompt and did not seem too annoyed to be called back.  I had bought the $59  coupon for his work and he added $40 to it which was fine.    <br /> I would definitely call him back for odd jobs. but, doubt I would use him for any plumbing issues. <br />"
