"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

After we received the inspector’s report regarding the problems in our crawlspace, we contacted Triangle Reconstruction. They came out promptly and spent a considerable amount of time assessing the situation and getting to the ROOT cause of the problems. "<p>Band repair was required due to termite damage prior to our purchasing the house last year. There was about 3' that needed to be removed and replaced. Mike replaced the eaten/chewed up wood with treated wood and built a support pier for the band with concrete. Mike also replaced two pier supports, that were precariously dry stacked, with proper concrete support piers properly cemented together as the NC Building code requires. They look as pretty as a support pier can look!  It is sad to note that the house inspector (prior to purchase) stated that dry stacking support piers were within NC Building code standards. Throughout my extensive research I have found that the inspector was wrong. Go figure...</p> <p>I cannot give you a play by play because I have no desire to go into the crawl space but I have attached what the rotted wood looks like and what the new support piers look like. </p> <p>R-19 insulation was properly installed in our house for the first time by Norbert and Mike in a very expeditious manner. I am looking forward to a much cheaper heating bill this winter.</p> <p>And Dennis took the opportunity to break a sweat when sledge hammering the ugly brick flower bed that more than likely caused the termites to call the house their home prior to us purchasing it. <br /> <br /></p> <p>As always, Dennis Kolenc and his crew have impressed me with the quality of their work, materials used, utilizing NC building codes, and of course, their professional, ethical and very humorous attitudes. "I wanted to give a great review. The estimate went well and the pricing seemed fair. The owner indicated he had professionals in each renovation discipline (flooring, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, etc.). I needed LVP installed over concrete, a kitchen cabinet install completion (I tried, I failed), and a minor electrical issue addressed. The workers were nice and prompt. The same guy did floors and cabinets and attempted to fix the electrical issue. There weren't different guys for each element of the job as claimed. The cabinets and microwave install went very well. The electrical issue wasn't resolved. I was charged for a breaker and some labor. Turns out the load and lead on the GFCI just needed to be switched. It took an electrician I hired literally 45 seconds to fix it. Now, onto the flooring. THIS is where it really came off the rails. NO real surface prep was done. There are MAJOR flaws under the plank (serious bumps as though there are screw heads or chunks of concrete under which are popping up). Seams aren't tight. There is a random screw (just one) that looks like it was put in by the workers for who knows what reason. Just a general lack of quality workmanship. They have the potential to be a fine company but they need to treat EVERY single job as though their reputation depended on it (because it DOES). And don't claim to have expert workers in each discipline when it's really just one handyman. I just can't recommend them..."

"I would highly recommend Aluminum Company of NC. Several years ago, we had a large window replaced over the front door entry way. This year we noticed the window was smokey, called them up and sent a photo, window replaced no questions! They stand behind their lifetime warranty! After such great customer service, we just had all 19 windows replaced in our house. I would rate their customer service and installation team a 10! "Chris Crooks was excellent to work with. From the moment he came over for the estimate to afterwards when trying to deal with my insurance company. He and his crew provided timely, professional, quality work. The pricing seemed very reasonable. My next door neighbor even commented how impressed he was with the way the crew was constantly cleaning around the perimeter of the home, making sure most if not all roofing debris was collected. Chris answered every question and concern I had about the job, as I've never had to replace any roofing before. Chris granted my request to take pictures of any bad sub roofing. He was available even after the job was complete to help me with insurance issues. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs."

"My husband and I could not be any happier with the experience we had with Floors to Go in Raeford NC. If I had to choose one word to describe the service it would be SUPERB!!  We wanted hardwood floors in our living room and hallway leading to our bedroom and knew that it was a project we shouldn't attempt on our own. Upon walking into the showroom at Floors to Go we were greeted by Kina a very pleasant and helpful staff member. Kina listened to our ideas and asked questions we hadn't thought of i.e.: do you have indoor pets/kids. With the answers to those questions and more we decided hardwood would not be the best choice for us. With our likes and dislikes in mind Kina pointed out several samples for us to consider and allowed us to take the samples home to compare with our existing décor. This process continued until we found the perfect match for us. Kina was so patient with us as we looked through what felt like EVERY single sample (probably twice).  Djuna, another amazing asset of the Floors to Go team, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of selection, offering insight that was essential in our decision making.  Now the fun part begins, measurements, demolition of the carpet and hardwood floors of our front door entrance, hallway, and living room.   James, the installation manager, personally came out and double checked our measurements for accuracy and gave us recommendations for some options to help the flooring flow better throughout the house.  Junior and JR were the gentlemen that did the demo of the existing carpet and the section of hardwood floors we wanted replaced!!  QUICK and CLEAN!!  They also did the installation of the new flooring.  They did such an amazing job and were very pleasant to be around.  James periodically checked in on the progress throughout the entire job to ensure the highest quality.  The final step was to have the baseboards and shoe molding painted.  The painters went above and beyond to make everything sparkle.  They even took the extra time to retouch some spots on the doors that my dogs decided we a scratching post.  For us, it's the little things that count.  Having pride in the job you do and not just doing a job.  Dee, the president of this location, has such an amazing team at her fingertips.  You can tell that the pride in team flows straight from the top.  Floors to Go is a top quality, above and beyond, go the extra mile team and we highly recommend them to anyone considering flooring.  They also do countertops, cabinets, painting, remodeling, vinyl siding, pressure washing, windows, remodeling, repair and much much more......
