"I hired this company due to time constraints with another job I was working. If you want them to paint simple projects in investment properties, they will do the job. Painting quality was average. Got some paint on trim in several areas. Speed of painting is below average. Took 8 hours to paint 2 coats on walls only in one small bathroom (6 x 6 x 8), one bedroom (12 x 12 x 10) and one living room (18 x 12 x 8). Trim nor bathroom / bedroom ceilings were touched. Being a painter myself, it should have taken maximum of 2 hours per coat per room for walls only or a max total of 12 hours. Leaving 4 hours for painting the trim and ceilings. "The overall experience was exceptional. Luis meet with my wife and I and did a walk thru of the property and provided us with an estimate within an hour of the walk-thru. I already had heard excellent things about his company from numerous co-workers who had FDC paint their home. I truly feel like we got an extreme value in terms of the service we received for the price. Since our house was a new build, we had a number of cracks and nail pops associated with the home settling. Also, entire house to include walls ceiling and trim was a blah beige. Needless to say, FDC had their work cut out for them. Luis and his team skimmed and sanded all these areas and repaired the drywall making the necessary repairs as part of their prep work.
