"Jay was amazing ..he had to return to finish the job. My building had someone moving out and would not let us use the freight elevator . Granted I did not know that their would be a need for it,so I had to reschedule the work .The building can be very difficult for contractors not on the buildings preferred list. Jay did an amazing job on the doors even with constraints that were out of his control .The job was much better than I expected,very pleased .I will be requesting Jay for the installation of a tub & shower door.I have been using numerous contractors for renovation of our badly outdated Condo .it has been one nightmare after another ..Mr Handyman is so easy to work with .Scheduling is so easy . She is really positive & professional ( I should know her name but it escapes me) I If I had only known what an amazing job they do . "We chose James L. Graves after getting 3 bids. They were the middle bid. We had a special request to change our soffits in addition to replacing the roof and gutters for maximum roof ventilation. The Salesman, Bryan was very accommodating with this request since most companies do not normally deal with aluminum soffit material but they were willing to work with us and get us what we requested. The roofers did a really good job. No mess. Bryan came by about 5 times during the install which took 2 days for our house. Gutter and soffit replacement went well also."

"I hired Homecraft Builders to build a 16' x 22' custom deck. I interviewed and researched 5 other contractors and Homecraft Builders was definitely to best choice. Jeff spent time explaining the project. He had pictures of not only the finished project, but the underside of the decks showing the quality of the framing. We had it built so we could add a screened in room at a latter date. This is the most solid deck I have ever seen (including the 2 decks I built myself)! You could park a truck on it. The job was completed on April 10 and it only took them one week to complete. We had one minor miscommunication at the end of the project. They accidentally damaged some corner molding on the house. They were suppose to come back in a couple of weeks but it took a couple of months and few emails. Jeff thought his partner took care of it. The molding is replaced and the deck is great. I would definitely use Homecraft Builders for any future projects."
