"All-Bay did a total (shingle) re-roof for us. We have a LARGE roof and they arrived at 7 AM the first day and were gone by 3 PM the 2nd day. Roof looks great and they cleaned up nearly perfectly. They are Certified Master Elite GAF installers and they provided an outstanding warranty. We received about 8 or 9 bids and All-Bay was the lowest bidder as well. A bit about customer service - we were unsure about the color we wanted. The owner (and estimator), Klaus found us homes to go look at with the shingles we were considering and then he even went to a house that we found on our own to see what color they had used for that job. Lastly he brought over sample shingles for us to compare. In the end the color worked out perfectly and we really appreciated the above-and-beyond from Klaus!"

"I am very happy with my dealings with The Roofing Company. The project manager, Gene, was professional in his presentation, courteous, and attentive to my concerns. He immediately arranged a repair of my front porch that was necessary for the roof replacement while other companies either said they couldn’t make the repair or wouldn’t quote the repair. He gave me a quote for the work that was higher than any of the other five companies. The quote was higher mainly because he budgeted more for sheets of plywood and other materials. I knew from walking on the roof and looking in the attic that quite a bit of plywood needed to be replaced and didn’t want to commit to a company that would not give me an accurate estimate. The workers that repaired the roof and installed the gutters were impressive. They were hardworking, skilled, and courteous and coordinated their efforts very well. The project went smoothly. The work site was cleaned each night and I was kept informed concerning the progress of the project."

"The process went SO smooth!!! We started with a "meet and greet" where Shingle Masters visited my home to assess my roof and provide a quote. They explained the process in terms I understood, gave me options for roofing shingles, and gave me time to review all information without any pressure. They took time to answer all of my questions to be sure I felt comfortable moving forward. Once the crew started, the majority of the work was done in a day, and the remaining days were spent with final touches. Ensuring our stucco was repaired (AND PAINTED) where needed. They made improvements on weak design areas in the structure of our roof as opposed to just replacing shingles. "Had a great experience with Arry's Roofing. There is a reason they are a 5-star company! They were extremely prompt in giving us an estimate. We were not sure which roof shingles we wanted- one that we liked, they didn't have a sample of, so they quickly had a roof rep drop some off to our home. Once we made our decision, they were able to quickly work with our schedule and get us on the calendar for install. Day of install, the team promptly showed up on time, and got to work. Removing an old roof can be a messy event- but Arry's team made sure that the job site was tidy- and at the end of the day all debris was picked up and removed. "Suncoast Hydro Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning all the dirt, mold and unsightly growth from my white aluminium pool screen enclosure.  They returned it to like new condition.  They were punctual, professional and protected my plants and furnishings. The price was fair and reasonable.  I was so pleased that I had them back a month later to do my tile roof.  I had tried to pressure clean my roof on my own a little over a year ago, but it was already looking dirty again.  Suncoast explained to me that it was because there was a fungus growing in the gaps of the tiles and it needed a chemical cleaning to truly eliminate it.  Now my roof is so shiny and bright you need sunglasses to view it on a sunny day!  Again, prompt, professional and reasonable.  I highly recommend! <br />"

"I can only comment on the customer service I received as I never got far in the process of having a new roof installed. I had claimed a deal on Angie's List for a new roof. A gentleman came out and said that our roof did not qualify. I understood and had no problem with that. I still wanted an estimate for a new roof though. He did take the measurements and said that the estimate would be sent to me. A week or so later I got a message on Angie's List asking if I received it and I said no. He asked for an address so he could take measurements. I told him that he already came out and did that. I guess he never found the measurements and/or estimate as I never got another response. All I can say is that the customer service part of this was not very professional. I can't put a review on here for the quality of work as they never did any work."
