"We had JC Masonry replace our fireplace. Cathi was great at responding promply. Joey was meticulous about his work, and did a great job! Working with them was like working with family. I wish I could attach pictures, because the end result was unbelieveable! I would definitely recommend them! In fact, I plan on using them again this summer to replace several retaining walls. "Initially it went well. The owner showed up on time for the estimate, which was reasonable. The worked was scheduled to be done and completed the first week of November, when they were paid in full. However, a week later we noticed some blemishes and called. They came and said it was due to the weather which was wet, and they would take care of it. Eight week later, they never showed up to fix it or have called back in spite of many calls from us and threats of bad reviews. I have pictures to send you. At this point they more than likely not do anything but I'd like to warn you and other potential customers."

"We had our roof done by Farrell @ 10 years ago, and this is what we recently found behind our walls -- mold, rot, and a piece of black roof flashing sticking 4 inches into the wall from the outside. (The roof they replaced had white flashing. Farrell installed the black flashing). Although Steve Farrell came out to look at the issue a month ago and offered to "help out" with the roofing part of the repairs, he has ghosted us ever since despite two follow-up attempts. $25,000 in repairs later, I would not recommend Farrell Roofing.
