They were easy to work with, courteous, professional and very attentive to details. They also cleaned, sanded and sealed my pavers, and repaired an uneven sidewalk on the side of our home. Set aside some time to request your estimate, Fred loves to talk about paint. His crew has been working with him for 15-20 years which says a lot about their business practices. I have had years of experiencing other contractors not returning calls, not showing up on time, or not showing up at all, so in this regard Above the Rest is a breath of fresh air. Fred once called me to tell me he was going to call me (at a later time), and also texted me to advise he was running 6 minutes late. Six whole minutes! Such respect for your time and the process is rare and much appreciated. Crew arrived the day prior to pressure wash the entire house, including areas I was not expecting them to pressure wash (patio, concrete pads around the doors, lanai screens). Painters arrived early the next morning and were very efficient and conscientious, clearly caring about their work. They repaired numerous stairstep cracks in the stucco prior to painting, repaired and touched up areas I would have never known were needed (around the chimney on the roof), and painted areas I was not expecting them to paint (lanai ceiling, inside of exterior door frame). They were finished with my 1800 sq ft single story home by early afternoon. I feel like I have a brand new house. I'll be contacting this company again soon to ask about interior painting."

She did an superb job communicating with me through every phase of the project from coordinating the estimate, scheduling the job, obtaining brick samples to match for the project and billing. She was always accessible to talk to and ask questions. I only remember once that I had to leave a phone message and she returned the call within 15 minutes. Joey is an phenomenal brick mason. To me, he is just as much an artist as he is a mason. He took great care to make sure the project was done right. Like Cathi he was also an exceptional communicator. He took great pride in his work and accepted nothing but perfection. He kept the work site clean and also took care to not disturb or damage the landscaping (bushes and grass) immediately adjacent to the project. When all was finished I was very pleased with the end result. I would definitely call them again if I needed any masonry work done."
