Throughout the time they worked on the house, there was only one change order, when they happened upon an unexpected wasp nest; they priced various solutions before they talked with me about how to proceed, so I immediately knew what the options were. Flint redid the work because some pipes had been crushed when the first group backfilled the dirt. The moral of the story is to always get someone good."
