"The power went out in out home about 9:45 PM. Checked outside and neighbors and all seemed to have power. FLP said power was coming to our home. Called other electrical companies for electrician with no success. Called Gulf Coast Electric. Spoke with Eddie and he drove from Crestview to our home in Shalimar in less than an hour. We explained the problem and he knew where to start and found we had a finicky main switch. He replaced it and we had power restored in less than thirty minutes. My husband and I are very impressed with Eddie's promptness, professionalism and skill. Even though the repair took place after midnight, Eddie demonstrated zeal for the job like it was a regular work hour. We both are thankful and grateful for Eddie restoring power in our home."

"We had a great experience with James Townsley lightning rod installation. Jim called and explained the process thoroughly. He kept me informed throughout the process of installation, and made some very useful recommendations for how we could further protect our home from lightning. Out of the quotes we received, James Townsley came in with the best rate, but I also felt like he was the most straight forward, honest and helpful - it made it easy to choose his company. Highly recommend!!"

"WB Lightning Rods happened to be in our area 5 years ago when we had a massive lightning strike and damage to our home. They installed the rods within days of the roof repair and were patient with our questions. Fast forward 5 years, after our recent roof replacement, I asked if they could come out and inspect the rods placement. They are extremely busy due to the stormy time of year but were good about contacting me with updates on when theyâ  d be back in the area. They contacted me when they were in a nearby town, set up an appt for a few days later, showed up to the appointment promptly and spent a generous amount of time, materials, and effort making sure the rods were straight and secure again. Very happy with the service, their professionalism, and work. I recommended them to our neighbors and would definitely have them install rods on any future houses."

"There was a problem getting the generator to start up. Turns out that the natural gas had been turned off that supplied the house as well as the generator. The plumber made an extra trip back to check it out and immediately saw and corrected the problem. All the personnel that were involved were very good and nice guys to interact with."

"I own a business in construction, and have worked with several electrical contractors over the years. None of my experiences with those contractors have compared to the service and expertise Apex Power Pros provided. From the office staff to the crew that worked on our projects, it has been a fantastic experience. We will be using them in the future and encourage anyone who needs electrical services to do the same."

"Great working with Patrick. Install crew did a quick and professional job. Recommended to my neighbor who also hired this team."
