"The previous owner's of this home were part-time residents and had allowed the home to become quite musty and mildewed in their absence.  Acting upon a friend's recommendation, I called Paul Davis for an estimate and James came out that same day.  He inspected the house with me, identifying the mildew problem areas and the sources of the musty odors.  The price for everything that was proposed was quite reasonable and the work took place a few days later.  Day one consisted of cleaning all the vents and duct work, followed by fogging of the house.  The following morning the carpeting was deep cleaned.  The home is 2700 square feet, has two AC systems, 14 vents, associated air handlers, and six rooms with carpeting.
