Asked why a step was not performed as we discussed during the walk through of job. He stated, well that part was not in the contract. Also, had to call him many times and file a complaint to the BBB. Once the BBB complaint was filed. He came back to complete another portion of the job he never finished. By the way still trying to figure out how to remedy the issue I now have.
