"It went very well, overall. Work was interrupted a couple of times by high winds, rain, and even snow. We worked out ventilation needs, balanced with aesthetics. The city building inspector was pleased. He observed that our roofer does very good work. Roofer had an excellent array of possible shingle types and colors from which to choose. The new roof looks great and is well-constructed. The post-construction clean up of the site was done well. Recommendation: an itemized list of the costs of all construction components, and the hours required for and costs of different facets of the project. If something comes in under the projected cost, an appropriate credit to the owner."

"We had an emergency. We had some water come through the wall into our hallway. We had no idea why so we called our plumber. He checked for water in the walls, said there was moisture in the walls and said we needed a roofer. We were concerned about collapsing walls so we got recommendaions from friends and called A&B Roofing. They came right away, put ice melt on the roof, and cleared the ice jam on the roof next to the house. What a relief with Christmas a few days away and family coming. We have some follow up to do after the holidays but A&B will come back if we need them with ore ice melt."

"I so wish we would have had the same experience with this company as the other reviewers. Our 6 year old roof was totaled by the hail storm this summer and instead of using one of the "storm chaser" companies who knocked on the door, I wanted to use a local company. What a mistake in choosing Rhino Roofing! The roof looks awful - all wavy, shingles not laying down, etc. Our 2 month old roof looks like a 30 year old roof that needs to be replaced. Plus, they broke the siding in several areas and roofed over rotted facia without saying anything. Brian, the owner, is by far the worst business person I've ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. DO NOT hire Rhino - find a better company!"

Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"Mike Hagen (and all of his crew) are hands down the BEST contractors to work with. Mike is such a down to earth guy, and was so accommodating to build our house the way we wanted it! "I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
