This area is notorious for being very slack in the quality of any of the people they send out. These girls were over and above everything I could have possibly hoped for— and I am a man that sets the bar high! If you’re looking for any project at all around your home, at least give them a chance to talk to you. You simply can’t do better. Chris from American Home Renewal was by far the most professional. He spent time with us, accurately described the entire installation process with us and exhibited willingness and patience to hear and understand what we were looking for in the new windows. The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction.
