After meeting with Andrew we were very impressed. He was patient, listened intently and was able to help create the floor plan and was able to bring our vision to life. They provided a virtual rendering so we could actually see what it would look like. Vered, the interior designer, made choosing cabinetry, tile, tub and all detailed finishes easy and seem less. The team at Lux Design Builds addressed all structural and detailed items before the work began. Adrian the onsite lead contractor is very detailed and does meticulous work. They started on time, they were there every day. They were professional, respectful, the budget was right on. Once the job was completed we were actually happy it was done, but sorry to see the people leave...we kind of missed them. We can't give a higher recommendation for this company, their work and their people."

Eduardo and his team came in and assessed the situation and put together a proposal for totally renovating the space in a very thoughtful beautiful manner for a very reasonable cost. We spoke with 4 contractors and 4 Seasons had the most comprehensive high value bid. Including - the removal and abatement of drywall and popcorn ceiling. - a rebuild of everything from the studs up. - an incredible job leveling a very uneven floor and installing of gorgeous luxury vinyl plank flooring. - changing up all the light fixtures and switches making the lighting natural and intuitive. - guidance on all materials - bring several samples, painting segments of the wall different options so we could see the paint during all lighting times of the day. - took care of all the details that we didnâ t even think about - for example unified baseboards and windows and doors. - a remodel of the bathroom - new toilet, new light fixture and mirror, flooring and painting.
