"I reached out to Johnson & Sons and several other contractors to discuss the possibility of opening up and completely remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms, with the addition of a shower to the former half bath off the master suite. After receiving bids and meeting with each contractor, I went with Johnson & Sons due to the transparency and consideration Vic Johnson showed when discussing the project and its challenges, as well as providing a detailed quote. Because this remodel involved the removal of walls, tiling of the kitchen/bathrooms, potential size constraints, and a re-plumbing of the house, It was very important for me that things be done correctly, to code and with permits. Once demo and construction started, things proceeded at a brisk pace with minimal lag between subcontractors, and inspections. Their tile guy, Tony was great to work with and very helpful with making the appropriate detail selections around the showers. We did have a long wait for a cosmetic piece of cabinet siding, which ended up being the final part needed to complete the project. Vic was direct with me about the issue and the delay. Such a minor issue is in my opinion, very small potatoes compared to having quality work done. Ultimately, Johnson & Sons came in slightly under their contract price - a very pleasant and welcome surprise."

"We had a really great experience working with Dave and his team on our bathroom remodel. The room was in quite a sorry state so they did a full demolition and installed all new everything! I was able to pick out all the tile and metal embellishments and they were happy to help bring my vision to life. "Gina was amazing in helping us to pick the most elegant materials to use in the remodel...the backsplash, the carpeting and even the new hardwood floors- i at first was thinking this flooring was to dark, but boy was I wrong..it is beautiful and keep getting comments on how stunning it looks. Gina help me pick the colors for my walls and even help me pick out wallpaper for my powder room that is like art. She gave me the contact to hang the wall paper and Brad was amazing. Once the rest of the finishes are complete, hoping to get on Gina's schedule to stage all of my furniture to complete the showcase of my new remodel. Will definitely hire again and have given her name and website to many colleagues that have seen pictures."

"We are very happy with our new Jacuzzi shower. It is a great upgrade from the 30+ year original shower we had been using. Our installers, Austin and Corbin, were excellent. The idea of turning over our bathroom to them for two days was somewhat intimidating, but they were very prompt, professional, and personable, and kept us informed as needed every step of the way, answering any questions we had. They were very careful about keeping the pathway to the bathroom clean, minimizing any debris while taking out the old shower, and completely cleaning up when finished, hauling all removed materials away. They also were very thorough in leaving us contact information if we have any concerns requiring follow-up, which we do not anticipate needing. We would not hesitate to use Jacuzzi's bath remodel products and services again!"
