"Ellis was very good to work with from quoting through project finish. He was knowledgeable about key roofing details and provided valuable explanations and advice. Originally, I had him quote only the roof and skylight and then later added the gutters. The addition was handled so smoothly it was like I had asked for them in the first place. I understood at the beginning of the project the skylight install would be the rough in with no sheetrock/drywall work included and accepted it that way. At the time, I didn't realize this meant they would not cut the existing sheetrock in the ceiling to expose the skylight to the room below and that was the only minor disappointment that was quickly resolved with a pruning saw on a pole. There was a misunderstanding between the crew and myself on the position of the skylight (my fault) and we discovered it halfway into the install. The crew stopped and took the time to let me better explain and then promptly and courteously made the correction. Very good experience in every aspect."

I went to Angie's list and found Brett Foster and he responded immediately! and the cost was very reasonable! Arrived as scheduled and made the repairs quickly. "They came out and inspected my roof and determined that I had a lot of hail damage and wind damage. Due to supply chain delays, it took a few months before our materials were delivered. Fortunately, we did not have a leak and were not in a rush. Our representative, Gavin, was very good about keeping us notified of how the process was going. They dealt with insurance and the process was pretty easy. When they came out for the replacement, their crew was very fast and did an excellent job. If I recall correctly, the whole process of tear down and replacement took about 3 days, and then another 2 days later on for replacement of the gutters and painting flashing. While I cannot speak for the quality of all the representatives at JDuncanson, I highly recommend Gavin if you are looking at repairing/replacing your roof. We are very happy with how it turned out."

"Very pleasant and very professional. Showed him where the possible leaks were in the garage and around chimney before he went up on the roof. He did a thorough inspection of the entire roof and let us know it was still in good shape and that leak was not coming from the roof. He found a small area around the chimney that needed to be resecured and he fixed that voluntarily at no charge. Since, fortunately, we didn't need any repairs we didn't need their services, but I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future if any work is needed. "Probably the easiest (for me) roofing job I've had done - and I've had to do quite a few reroofings. Paul's company, recommended by a neighbor, is located south of Dallas but his price was competitive, even though my house is in south-central OK. His crew is experienced and skilled, and they are hard workers. Paul was always available by phone/text and he was present much of the time the work was being done. We knew there was some rotted decking, but not how much - Paul gave me a reasonable price on labor and materials to cover the additional repairs."
