"Recently our retainer wall had started failing. We found a company to install a new retaining wall on the Angi site after reading the great reviews for RC Pro Solutions. Patrick Bonaparte was our contactor, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. He walked us through every aspect of the project, provided great suggestions, listened to what we needed and was respectful of the budget, especially when we were at the stone yard to select our materials. His company not only did a spectacular job, but they exceeded our expectations!! We also had an extremely tall tree in our back yard located very near our roofline and deck. Patrick pointed out that it was rotted at the top and precariously close to our roofline and deck if it fell at some point on its own. While they had the equipment on site, we negotiated to have it taken down. In the process, a portion of that same tree hit another branch as it came down, and that branch tore a huge hole in our deck. It happened right when Patrick arrived on site to get a status on the project. He discussed what happened with us and offered a solution that was more than fair and reasonable. Before his crew left our property, they repaired our deck and re-painted that section where you can never even tell any damage occurred. The entire crew was pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them 1,000% to anyone needing similar work done on their property. They do both residential and commercial work. Based on our results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patrick and RC Pro Solutions to others. It's been a long time since I worked with a company who stands behind what they offer, and who is so excellent at what they do - and we LOVE the results!!!! "I did get the work done but they did not finish the projects that were left to do. I paid them the amount I owed and have called them 3 times to fix the mess and put mesh on holes in the concrete wall, they did not fix the light in the planter, the cord runs along my front yard. They also took half my driveway away with the walls they put up so before the cement was poured I had to have some driveway pushed back. They charged me another 3,000 to dig dirt out which they threw in my front yard. They keep telling they do not understand what I am talking about/ They also said someone would be out and that did not happen. I called one more time and the same guy,( I found out was one of the owners) who designed my driveway) he still said he did not know what I was talking about. Yes he does, it saw it all. So I told him I paid you in cash, which I should have held some back. I told him you got my cash and there is no service after the sale. I have pictures of every bit of the mess. "
