"I hired Joseph to repair the stairs and the edges of my existing brick patio, and then to extend the patio about 10 feet out. First the good. The patio extension came out pretty well he did a decent job matching the bricks given the age of my existing ones, and it looks pretty solid. Unfortunately there’s a big dip between the existing and new patio. Joseph said that was because of the concrete base under the existing but I feel like he could have tapered it better. Anyway that’s not my problem. I asked him to repair my steps (two steps leading to the house ). They were in bad shape , and falling apart. Joseph offered the option to tear down the steps and rebuild for an addition $1500 or he could repair them. I chose to repair. I’ve attached pictures of the finished product. This is after his first employee did an even worse job. I didn’t expect perfect but not happy with this. Joseph is a nice guy and he tries hard but I think he’s just not very good at this. The first day he came by himself and didn’t have any equipment. He used my shovel and wheelbarrow to start the dig work. Not a big deal but just didn’t set up for a great experience. There’s an edge section of the patio that is still broken away. When I asked why he didn’t repair he said it wasn’t part of the contract. disappointing because I specifically said I wanted to fix all the loose parts. Again, Joseph could have offered to repair and provide me an updated estimate but he just opted to not address it. His fee was reasonable, but my advice is to pay a little more and get an actual mason."

"3 unsupervised teens were sent out. I showed them what I wanted done. Lawn and beds had a small amount of leaves (fall cleanup done prior)that required raking and use of a blower. They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."

"He provided a nice design for plantings in the front of the house and did a reasonable installation, a bit late - rain did not help with scheduling. A big tree was removed in the back yard and stump ground by another contractor. Environmental was to remove some of the material and replace with topsoil. Did not happen. He was to prepare and reseed other sections of the back yard. He did not create a good condition for reseeding and the growth was not acceptable. After several e-mails, he did come back and put a small layer of top soil and reseeded. Better grass establishment, but not as good as should be if done properly. Another part of the project was to aerate and overseed the front lawn. This was never done. I made the mistake of paying up front based on the good reviews on Angie's. I ended up taking him to small claims court to get that portion of the money back. If you decides to go with Environmental, provide a detailed scope of work that you want done and it is on proposal."

"After calling to make an appointment, Eli came out to discuss some landscaping I wanted to do to freshen up a sad looking yard. He made some really good suggestions and we came up with a very good plan. Not long after accepting the estimate, the work was performed, and I can’t be any happier. It looks great."

"I have had a major water problem with my yard for a very long time. Last year I hired a landscape company to grade and re-seed my yard. They took out more dirt than they added. It was a total disaster. My neighbor recommended that I call Bruno's Landscaping who has been in or area for years. I called and talked with Dan in late fall of 2018. Dan suggested that I needed 60 yards of top soil to remedy my several little lakes in my yard. We agreed to do it in spring of 2019. Well we had too much rain all spring to do the yard. I told Dan that I would wait until middle of August. Glad I did. Dan and his crew came on August 14th. Dan used his skid steer to level out my yard. He definitely knew what how to grade my yard with that machine. He even removed old tree branches from the yard. I planted Lesco Team Mate Plus Grass Seed. The results are better than I could have expected. If you want a professional grade and seeding this is the company to use. Very affordable also. Totally Satisfied with Dan and his crew. "Received a consultation from this company in April 2024 for privacy bushed in back of home. His initial professionalism and salesmanship made me decide to use him for our project. We asked they he order and install 8 Juniper bushes for the project. Project install happened on 5/16/24. During the install, landscapers hit a sprinkler line on one of the tree sights. I understand that this happens and is sometimes part of the gig. When I noticed the damage, after the tree was installed, contacted owner. His response “ did you tell them the sprinkler line was there”. My home has water everywhere, and as a matter of fact we changed some of the location due to sprinkler line location. “ You have to tell my guys where the gas line are, and sprinkler lines”. I’m sorry, but I do not know anyone who has a map of sprinkler lines underground. Having said all of that, he said he could call his sprinkler guy, but could not guarantee his work. I than went on YouTube academy and figured it out for the next three days. Our first Juniper died early June and was replaced on 6/15. On this day, owner claims that the island was saturated with water with the tree he was replacing, and that the tree may not survive. That tree is the only tree flourishing. Currently 7/22/24 Four of the eight trees are dying. Owner has relinquished all responsibility to the grower with whom I have not even meant. Frankly, I do not even know who the grower is at this point. He has stated that I must now be in direct contact with grower. This has been the most unprofessional owner post install of service. He was paid in full and has not been honorable. I would proceed with cation and obtain everything in weighting . He is not trustworthy or honorable."
