We bought a house where it is obvious they went with the lowest bidder - that is why the decking required full replacement, and within a year, the rafters would have required replacement as well. The only saving grace was the original decking was extremely thick. The only things that were not so great were 1. Lack of clarity on the fact that there would not be shingles on the lower roof because it is virtually flat; and 2. The discounts were for paying cash and a flexible start date. But we contacted them, and they immediately responded."

Fixed a lot of things for me: two pent roofs on two areas,, spot masonry repairs on a 3 story brick wall, patching and rust-proof painting a tin outdoor wall covering, fixing a hole in a small flat roof, and putting a new covering on the elevated brick party wall between the twin houses (wind damage). I asked them about caulking the five windows of the bay, because there was evidence of an old leak on the inside wall. Nick said it was probably from the old pent roof which they just replaced. They looked at the caulking and said it was fine. Now thatâ s honesty!"
