"Prompt bid, prompt date set for job, good cleanup and came back to remove three metal bars that been placed deep in the ground (long ago) for cable supports  for the deodar. That became a pesky task, but Tim handled it with graciousness. Tim was also prompt in responding to calls or txt msgs. The price was a little steep, but it was worth it to have a recommended company with a license and insurance- which they promptly showed me.  The crew worked so quickly I missed seeing the tree's fall, but a neighbor told me how carefully the "well-trained" crew stopped traffic on the street and how accurately the cutting team dropped the tree right where planned on the shoulder without harming a nearby equally huge tree.
