"The job went very well. The 2 man installer team arrived on time for both scheduled days. Quality of work was excellent. They cleaned up and left maintenance supplies, but absolutely insisted for me to simply call them and they would be back to fix or repair any item. Their attitudes were 100% professional. "I thought I would take advantage of the offer for $49 for $150 worth of electrical time. Very responsive office. Guy showed up in a company truck in uniform so I had high hopes. Spent all of his time trying to figure out why my pool heater didn't turn on only to end up telling me I needed to buy a new controller board. Never got to fixing my pool lights. Also realize now looking at the original Angies ad that I was supposed to receive a "whole house inspection". Never happened. 
My guess is that this operation hires whoever they can for local jobs and dresses them up in uniforms and sends them out in company trucks. They are trying hard in the front office but it's not the same as having full time employees who are accountable. However, I fully admit that I do not know this to be the case. Could have just been the guy who I had.

He knew what had to be done based on my request, and made good suggestions for some other things to get my place in tip top condition for any potential buyer. As a single woman, I can?t pack and lift many heavy things, so Peter and his team never hesitated to box, lift, move and arrange things - several times in some cases due to painting the floor. He always responded quickly to any questions or problems, coming on the weekend if needed (and it was needed!) to check on things or take care of something. He met my tight schedule even as the work increased, was helpful, reassuring, and totally competent in every way. All of his workers were equally competent and responsible. I never had a questions of leaving them alone in the house to complete their work.

"After emailing the company for a quote request to perform regular maintenance on the stone retaining walls for my house, they got back to me about a week later explaining what type of maintenance would be appropriate for our home. As a second thought I asked if they had looked at the front steps as well and they got back to me the next day with a quote for repair. After receiving the ok for the repointing the company began work on the property. They worked independently. The head mason made himself available to us on Saturday to demonstrate the need for repairing the front steps. This was a very effective way to show us that work was necessary and we appreciated their commitment. The head of the company also stopped by on Saturday to make sure that the work was proceeding in line with our expectations and see if there was anything else they could help us with. The stone work was completed over 3 days and the gutters were done the same week. Overall we were very happy with the level of service provided and the professionalism shown by all representatives of the company. We would be happy to work with them in the future."
