When they came out to give us an estimate they understood what we wanted and were able to make it work. When they did the installation all they asked for was water, electric, and if we wanted to use the extra dirt anywhere (The extra dirt came in handy to fill in a hole in our yard.). The installation team was very professional and their work showed. After they were done they cleaned up and washed down the fence to get any dirt off from install. "What I loved about this company was that the salesperson was very responsive and was willing to put all terms and conditions in a typed contract. The work was performed as promised in a timely fashion. I obtained 4 other bids and their prices were competitive. In general, I am happy with the installation. The workers were cordial and patient in making adjustments to get the fence to look the way I wanted (my property is slightly hilly). The only caveat is that you should plan to be home to oversee the work as stuff comes up about the positioning of the fence, gates, and the height of the gap over irregular terrain.
