He responded quickly and was able to come the next day to provide us options and obtain measurements of the window in order to provide an appropriate quote for each option. The quote came back within a day or two and was reasonable. As soon as the ordered window came in, he brought it by to replace it. The whole replacement took him only one afternoon and he even went to the local hardware store with some paint chips to match the exterior paint and then painted the new window frame and trim around it to match. "I can't say enough good things about Ron and the work he did. My vinyl kitchen floor and subfloor beneath it were in rough shape, and unbeknownst to either of us until the work was started, the underlayment was covered in mold. Ron took his time and made sure the subfloor was solid and the new tiles were laid and grouted perfectly. Although the job took longer than estimated, he stuck with the original bid, only charging me extra for removing the underlayment, which I could see for myself was a big job in itself. He cleaned up after himself at the end of each day, and he was nice to my dog. My new floor is beautiful! I have a lot more I want to do in my house, and I will definitely hire Ron again."
