"Horrible Service ? Avoid at All Costs! I had a terrible experience with Sian/David Langh (phone: +1 (615) 477-2321). He was 2 hours late for the appointment, and when he finally arrived, he left two improperly installed locks unfinished. I requested a follow-up appointment to fix his mistakes, but David?s response was shockingly unprofessional. He told me he would come ?whenever he wants? and even called me stupid. I paid $1,000 for this insulting, unprofessional, and incomplete service. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Please don?t make the same mistake I did?avoid this contractor at all costs!"

"I had them come out to fix a leak from my water heater. They charged me over $400 and I still had the same problem. They came back and said they would have to replace a different part and it would cost over $1,000. I asked if I would any credit from the previous repair which the part did not need to be replaced. They said no but if I bought their annual service plan I would get a discount. I found another plumber that fixed the problem for $150. They are not very knowledgeable, or reliable to fix the problem. Will never use them again. "

"He did my flooring , repaired the ceiling on my kitchen and living room, removed mold inside of the wall, repair my water gutter spout, repaired my mailbox. He did an excellent job, he did things for me over the years. He became my personal friend. He is also the first and only man to fix the leak on my roof. Price was fair , he was fair with me all the time. I have never with man who is confident and better to work with."

"Pretty well. There were a few things I did not like so downrated them. Understand that I really like the people I just found that he had cut the 1/4 round incorrectly and had changed the plans for the utility room without consulting me. I don't like her space planning at all. I'm better at it than she. there were so many things done that it is hard to rate because most were quite good. It is just that some were terrible and none were great."

"Denny did an excellent job! We hired him for a few small painting projects and a fan replacement and he went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed. He was thorough and ensured we had our options laid out, helped us get everything sorted and made sure we were happy with the end result. Denny was friendly and professional and went out of his way to help us get what we needed and even spotted a place that needed paint touch up elsewhere since the paint matched and knocked that out as well just because he noticed it. We will absolutely be hiring Denny with New Improve Paint & Remodeling for anything else we have need arise for. Thanks Denny!"
