"There not all what they r cracked up to b. Got a quote for one room at 1200 with making the room smooth they failed to do that as the other owner nick said it would cost a lot more so it was painted as a waste cuz it didnt turn out for 1200 and it was half walls with trim middle and bottom only one coat on trim thet didnt paint some trim the way i wanted they said to little they were not on time we’re not ready for us there was no contract so the price never stayed the same paint on floor holes not cover can of paint left open got guys out who speak no English invoice me two months with a 4200 dollar bill for 3 room and regular closets they charged there own prices as they went no down payment or contract and wrong paint I’m very p***** never highre these people there all about money but the work do t add up to it"

"Simple 14'x16' deck. Labor quote only. One level, even eliminated a stairway to make the project simpler. SKM told me that Home Depot would give me EXACTLY what I needed to reconstruct my deck. Not even close. All kinds of errors in the materials list. The materials management / returns / additional purchases was a complete and unadulterated nightmare. To further complicate the project SKM hired / assigned a Contractor that made several errors during the construction. SKM provided zero management / engagement / oversight. The project should have been planned WITH the Contractor AT Home Depot to ensure that the materials list was correct. I recommended this to SKM at the start of the project. SKM did not feel that it was necessary. Way over 100 hours of wasted time for me, managing / coordinating material for errors made by others. Project started on 4/30/2025 and was completed 6/9/2025. Very disappointed with Anji for referring me to SKM."
