"I had a couple companies come out to give me a quote on getting new gutters and one said they couldn't do it due to no fascia board and the other said the rafters would have to be cut which would have resulted in a pretty expensive job. Ethan came out and said the job could easily be done without having to install a new fascia board, which made the job much more straightforward and inexpensive. There was a lot of heavy rain when we were supposed to get the gutters installed and Ethan was very prompt at contacting me and got me rescheduled very quickly. "The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

I got a few different companies to check out my roof and provide bids and even before they came back with their actual numbers I was leaning toward Quantum because they were easy to communicate with and had great answers to all of my questions. I fully expected Quantum to have the highest bid as a result, but they actually came in just below the others! The roofing team knocked out my mid-sized roof (asphalt shingle install) in a single day, which was amazing. They were there from about 8 am to 9 pm and did a great job cleaning up the area. Multiple additional staff checked on the roofing team's progress and clean up work throughout the day and followed up with me several times to make sure I was happy with the work. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, highly recommended!"

"The house has a limited amount of guttering so it wasn't an expensive job although another company wanted to charge us $1900- which is a big saving. It went well. I liked the person that talked to us and the guys that did the work got here on time and called us to give us a heads up when they were coming. They were late but called to warn us that they were running over time at their previous job but did it on the day they said they would. The sales pitch from both companies was that they would completely clean and refill all the gutters - make sure that there were no leaks and make sure that the attachments to the floor were running properly. However, that wasn't done - they didn't do that. As it turns out, my gutters weren't that old and they seemed to be working fine- it is not like there is a problem. They came out to test the gutters but didn't run any water and I never saw them with any caulking and so they didn't comply with that promise part of the service. It had been raining and gutters seem to be flowing fine and the guards are in place."
