"I have used this company since 2008 and have had them cut down about 12 trees. One was a huge pine with a trunk width of about 30 inches. They have cut down a couple of poplars that were over 100 feet tall. Everything has been done safely, quickly and on time. I burn lots of wood in my fireplace and they are always willing to cut and leave short lengths of trunk for my fireplace. The price has always been reasonable, they take credit cards and will leave the chipped limbs behind to fill in low spots in my backyard. This is a great company that you can depend on."

"I woke up and realized that a tree had split in two and fallen in the middle of the night. I could not leave the premises with my car because the tree was lying across the driveway. I looked on Angie's List and found Ben's service. I gave him a call and he was on another job but he promised to call back promptly. He called back a few minutes later and he set up a time that he would arrive to look at the tree. He called back again and said that he would be later than planned because the first job was taking longer than expected. He arrived when expected and looked at the tree and determined that both halves (the upright portion and the portion already on the ground) needed to be removed for the safety of my property. He gave me a quote which I thought was fair and he said he would be back later with more equipment to take the tree away. He again arrived on time and proceeded to clear the tree from my property with help from his team. They cleaned up the worksite well, I paid him, and they left. As for price, I have had a few tree removal experiences in my lifetime and the quote seemed to be fair, especially because it was a same day "emergency" situation (i.e., no cars could get off the premises). I would definitely recommend Ben's service for the removal of trees.
