"They came back to touch things up and did a nice job as always, but the cracking in the boards is irreversible. It could have been avoided by doing several coats initially or using a superior product which I requested several times but was told that this was the best product and one coat was sufficient...and it obviously was not. While I really like the workers and feel they do an excellent job, I expected them as the experts to coat and adequately protect my deck and it took several weeks for them to respond to my concerns and then make it back to do the pretreatment.
