"I called this company for advice on what to do about the concern, when they called I received an estimate over the phone, what was going to happen, when it was going to happen so forth. Person was not only on time but early, I explained the concern and to my dismay only three traps were put out and I had to tell him where to put them instead of his recommendation to correct my concern. I was informed on first phone call they would return in ten days to check work out, installer informed me when I asked about his return it would be thirty days before they came back to check out the traps but if we smelled a bad odor just call and he would come out asap. Once an odor is present, it's too late. I told him what I was told about ten days but he was not aware of that. Three days later I checked the traps in attic, bait was gone and so were the mice, trap did not work. Today he came reset traps and re baited traps, also left 2 more traps upon my request. First person I talked with to set this up (Roger) was very informing about the system and procedures. I'm interested on what they do for the following three months service."

After a couple of other businesses simply refused to repair the gutters at a reasonable price, William and Katie showed up and saved the day. In addition to the high quality work, they went above and beyond in so many ways. In a couple of trouble spots, they took their time and made the repair correctly instead of simply getting it done quickly. They took pictures of the issues before the work and then after to ensure that I was happy with what was done (which certainly saved me from having to climb high ladder to check). During the repair, they discovered a location where squirrels had been entering my attic that I had been unable to locate. They patched the area and we've been squirrel-free ever since!
