"No one answers the phone or returns calls or emails. 2 days. We have a unit u Der warranty with Freedom. Keeps breaking. Unit just a xouple of years old. Have to beg them to come fix it 2 years in a row now. They are the absolute worst company."

"We purchased new inside and outside A/C unit from Service Air in 2021. We also had them put something in our attic for allergens. In 2023, the bulb went out and was replaced under the warranty we purchased separately. The new bulb went out in 2025, still under warranty, and Service Air decided to charge us $359.00 to replace it although it was STILL under warranty. Because of this, I won?t be recommending Service Air to anyone in the future. And will be sure to share my experience with anyone who will listen. Not a reputable company in my experience."

"Great! The replacement was not needed as I was told by (another company)... My 15 year old unit will need to be replaced in the not too distant future, but not right now! David found a safety / starting switch was bad and he replaced it. They could've also quoted a replacement system, and didn't. Business earned!"
