"Due to an overwhelming response to Danny's special offer on Angie's List, he had a very full schedule at the time I asked for an appointment. I told him there was no immediate need and that I could easily wait. During the waiting time, Danny checked in with me on a regular basis, and I appreciated that very much. When we scheduled and the inspection took place, Danny was a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. He provided information as he carried out the inspection and answered all my questions patiently in a way I could understand. Something I particularly appreciated was absolutely no pushiness on Danny's part for me to schedule work that needs to be done. He suggested a safe time frame for repairs and updates (there were a few) but never said, "When do you want to schedule that?" as some pushier service people do. That scored HIGH in my book. Later I received by email a full report of the inspection. Danny has not called to "badger" me. Well done all round on Danny's part.

"All went perfectly. We had used Zach's expertise previously in summer to restore our dilapidated paver patio in rear and based on that excellent result, we knew this would go well. It not only went well but quickly - it was completed only days after we'd decided to call Zach about an estimate due to a quickly deteriorating 13 year old concrete entry-walk. They jack-hammered the original out of the way and installed a beautiful curved tumbled-paver walk while taking care not to damage any surrounding landscaping and accent-lights.
After using this company twice this year without a hitch, we have no doubt Zach will handle all our future landscape needs with the same attention to detail and overall excellent quality we've come to expect.
