He even put in an extra down spout that eliminated water pooling because the area couldn't properly drain without it..  He then explained the only maintenance required is to spray the opening of the gutter with a special nozzle which he provided.

Crew does work with ladders instead of pump jacks, so the crew ladders marring the James Harding factory finished caused many punch list items.
Window installers good, but leaves windows clean to siding installer foreman.
Too many punch list items, and too much time spent having to create the list.
