"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Don Broussard’s company, A&D Restoration did an excellent job for us! We’re kind of picky and had a few minor things we weren’t 100% happy with, and I told Don as much. He had his guys back out to fix what needed fixing in a timely manner and at no additional charge to me. We really couldn’t be happier. Don is very attentive and straightforward, which we greatly appreciate. His subcontractors and his own crew did excellent work, and his way of doing things makes sure insurance covers it. "Did excellent and fast work for us. We bought our house from out of state and have large dogs that we needed the fence installed to contain them when we moved in. Chris and his crew got the fence done in two days (all other contractor quotes said 4-5 days). And they got it done two days ahead of schedule. Cleaned all trash and old fence up, and fence was perfectly install with no gaps below and top of fence is perfectly lined across the top. Have already scheduled to build our covered deck for us. Highly recommend."

"Justin was professional, and actually was able to get us in ahead of schedule. The shower was done in 1 week! His crew was also pleasant and helpful. If you are wondering if you should take a chance and hire him, wonder no more- just hire him! I will use him and his crew in the future for upcoming projects. For some reason it won't let me put the cost in down below- but it came out to be around $5500- that does not include my shower door- which will have to be installed in a week or two as it is a custom glass job! That is estimated to be around $1300 on it's own. So all in all will be approx $6800. I had another bid originally fron a different contractor for $9000! Extremely happy!!!"
