"Just moved into a new house and the windows desperately needed to be washed. The two techs that came were friendly and did a great job getting my windows cleaned up. Clean windows really make a difference. I'd definitely recommend Wadley Services!"

"Wow! Much better than I could have anticipated. Day one the crew came and tore off the existing shingles and prepped the roof for the shingles. There was a lot of work done at this stage and our home was waterproofed had it rained, which I appreciated. Prior to this, a dumpster was placed to the side of our home so as to not block the entrance to our garage. This was really nice of them but it made them have to walk further! Day two the shingles were delivered, and on day three the crew returned and the job was finished in hours. The GAF system that J & N uses is a superior system and it makes my shingling job of 24 years ago on our home pale by comparison. A competitor of J & N's gave me a bid about the same price but only after asking what other bids were. His is the most reviewed company on Angie's list. The bid Norm gave me and the final price would have been the same, but Norm installed ridgevents and removed the roof vents and patched the roof vent holes at my request and also because Norm felt the ridgeventing is better than roof vents. Clean up was very thorough all days. No flat tires or nails found. A couple of neighbors did their shingles at the same time and I have to say in my biased point of view that ours is by far the best looking roof of all. I found it easiest to text Norm to contact him and he was good about returning texts. I would use his company again but I expect this roof to last longer than me at my age of 63! Thanks guys!"

"The tree was 35 feet tall and hard to get to due to a fence. He gave me a estimate on cost and time it would take to do the service. After agreeing on the price he said he could start in 3 days and have the job done the same day. He arrived on the day we agreed on and went to work to amke sure there was nothing in the way and that he keep on eye out for any children coming into the yard. It took about 5 hours. I had some yard debri from a another tree that was removed 2 years early and he moved that also without adding any cost. I would gladly use him again and recommend his service. He not only used his time wisely but extremely professional at all times <br />"

"I have used the services of David (Homie) and Retro Custom Metals on at least two occasions in the last year. The staff is always responsive and professional. Most recently Retro Custom came to my rescue, after some snow fencing that was improperly installed by another roofer released from my standing seam metal roof. The resulting damage was reviewed and the most efficient, cost effective fix was proposed by the Retro Custom team. Along with the repair of the seams, new fencing was installed --all in a timely manner. The finished work looks great and I plan on calling on Retro Custom Metals for any similar work, or any other needs related to metal fabrication. <br />"

FAQs for gutters & downspouts cleaning service projects in Mammoth-creek, UT

You’ll want to clean gutters once or twice a year—in early spring and again in fall—to keep water flowing and avoid pricey leaks. Homes tucked beneath tall trees or hit with heavy debris may need two to four visits instead. Staying on schedule protects your roof, siding, and foundation from costly water damage.

Even with gutter guards, plan on an occasional cleaning—just not as often as homes without guards. Installing gutter guards blocks leaves, but grit and shingle granules still slip through and pile up over time. A quick sweep keeps water moving and stops overflow that can damage your roof or foundation.

Watch for overflowing water, slow or silent downspouts, sagging sections, or debris peeking over the gutter edge. You might also spot water stains, weeds, or an increasing number of ants in certain areas. Any of these red flags means it’s time to call a gutter cleaning pro for service before minor clogs turn into major leaks.

Skip cleanings for too long and gutters overflow, sending water under shingles, down siding, and toward the foundation. The result can be mold, rotted fascia, basement leaks, and repair bills that dwarf the price of a quick cleaning. It can also mean that future cleanings will be more expensive as it will take pros longer to deep clean gutters that are full of heavy debris. Staying on schedule saves money and headaches.

Plan on gutter cleaning service to take an average of one hour for an average single-story home and two to three hours for taller houses. Add extra time if gutter guards need to come off or clogs are packed in. Pros work methodically, clearing every linear foot so water can flow freely again.
