"We used Ayoub Carpet for new carpets in two of our bedrooms. From our first visit in the Chantilly showroom to the install 2 weeks later it was a great experience. The staff in the showroom were exceptionally helpful in sorting through the available options to something that would work for us. Fred was prompt and quick with his measuring/estimation as well as answering our questions and getting larger samples to us for a final selection. Finally, Omar and Kelvin did a fantastic job installing the carpet and taking care of the furniture they needed to move. We felt the price was a good value compared to competitors. "We clean our carpets every 6 months for maintenance and to increase the longevity of our carpets. This was our first time using this company. He steamed cleaned the carpet in 2 small apartments which included stairs! Cleaning the second apartment that day was a last minute decision and I wasn’t home to help move things around. Kevin took the time and put in extra effort to move things off the floor (baby jumper, glider chair, pack and play, totes, suitcase, toys, etc) in order to do a great job. This was really nice and so helpful, because not everyone will. He also made note of cleaning up some areas of dried paint our painters left behind! That’s not fun or easy to do. Our carpets are cleaned and refreshed now. Kevin was on time, communicative, professional but friendly, and followed up after the job was completed. I will definitely use this company again!"

Hew did a fantastic job using a power stretcher, to restore the rug. He was amazingly responsive, and came to our house to see the rug and provide an estimate, which was reasonable and fair.
