"Bottom Line: This is the third time using Manor Works – the second time for painting. They did excellent work for a reasonable price, and more importantly, rebuilt some customer trust after some botched carpentry work. Scoping Work: This is probably the most important first step in any project and often either messed up or purposely inflated.
