Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. Once we decided to move forward with them we also had them quote and replace a portion of wood siding on our home with vinyl to match the rest of the house. Scheduling and communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew that came out was very hard working, respected our home and property, and were extremely professional. The roof and siding look fantastic! I would highly recommend Exterior Medics!"

John was professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention efficient as a quote was provided on the spot. They also offered a competitive warranty. John is an excellent salesman but did not try to force me into selecting his company. I interviewed a few other companies over a 4 week span and Docherty roofing still remained the most impressive. They were very easy to communicate with through the job, and they were extremely sensitive to any problems that they thought might come up, so they would talk with us several times a week to just let us know what was going on and what we could expect during the roof insulation. The price was great! We received many estimates and their metal roof estimate was half the cost of our other estimates. The installation went great, and the service was awesome.
